Replacing drive line cable on Craftsman self-propelled lawn mower
I just replaced the drive line cable on model 917376070. While doing so a small spring fell out of the bottom of the lawn mower. It is a separate spring, not the one that is part of the cable. I connected the spring to where the drive line cable connects and to the assembly where the drive line cable pops in to.

Now when I turn on the lawn mower, the wheels won't stop turning. I am assuming that I attached the spring to the wrong place.

I am just trying to find a drawing where this spring is supposed to be connected. I contacted the Sears website and they want me to take it 45 minutes away and pay a minimum of $30 to fix it.

    Thank you for your help.
