My Poulan PRO needs to be jumped all the time to start and then only sometimes do the blades engage. If they engage they only stay on for a few minutes then they shut off. A few minutes later the mower stalls and needs to be jumped again. It has a Kohler Command 25 engine. I've replaced the battery and the stator. While idling, the battery reads 13 volts. After it dies battery reads around 11.75v but doesn't try to start or make any noise.
