My girlfriend broke up with me because she needs to be by herself?
I am 17 and my ex girlfriend is 15. I know you probely think this is just some stupid teenage love thing but I assure you it isn't.
We had been going out for over 13 months. She broke up with me about half week ago and it's tearing me apart.
She assures me there is no other guys and I believe her.
She said that she still loves me and still wants me in her life but the reason for breaking up with me were a number of reasons
    - she's found a new group of friends and she wants to spend time with them.
    - she wants to "find herself"
    - she feels trapped and she wants to be free, just to be by herself

This to me was all sudden, and I still can't believe it happened. I've tried not texting her or talking to her and my record is 2 days. It's so hard. I asked her if there was ever a chance of us getting back together and she said she doesn't know yet and that she needs time.
The last three nights she has sent me a good night text and saying he loves me, but I didn't write back to any of them, it was hard
I really want her back, I really want to be able to call her my girlfriend again.
What are some suggestions so that I can maybe get her back? Do you ever think we will end up together again?

In a part it says he, it should say she

The best way to handle this is don't contact her , if you keep texting etc. not only do you come across as a little puppy willing to do anything she wants , it will also push her further away.

I know you think this is sudden , but to her it isn't. She's probably been thinking about it for a while , that's the way it works I'm afraid.

Respect her wishes and leave her alone , at least you'll come across to her as a real man and you'll get to keep your dignity.

Leave her alone guy, and work to get over her. You cannot at your age obsess over someone being in your life when they have other things they would rather do.

Your in a state of shock right now, but that wears off, and you will accept it and move on. So it makes no sense to make a fool of yourself, trying to get a girlfriend back, so leave her alone and don't go that route.
