    I am also 13 and I get them all the time , learn to enjoy them just walk around with a big smile and say "how do you do" Gets you the girls.

    Man that's happen to me right now and it sucks because your always worrying that the teacher will ask you to get up or the bell will ring, but I figured out how to stop it. Stat to think about different topics and consentrait on them hard as hell until you forget it and it leaves. Works for me and I hope I helped u
