    Small claims time limit
    Need help with question?

Small claims for Ontario Canada what is the time limit to file before it runs out.

The example is last transaction was June 9 2008 with a credit card company denying my charge back from gym and the gym is about the same time for written material.

Do I have till June 9 2009 to file?

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

    I wish

The law changed, you have a 2 year limitation period from when you first discovered a potential claim in Ontario.
