    Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
I just watched RFK Jr. on Link TV talk about the Bush admistration and how they have changed all the laws to help Corporate America run the Government. Do you know what that is called? Fascism. This is no joke. All Americans really need to watch this.

    Link TV | Program Description

    Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

    Wikipedia:
Fascism is an authoritarian political ideology (generally tied to a mass movement) that considers individual and other societal interests subordinate to the needs of the state, and seeks to forge a type of national unity, usually based on ethnic, cultural, or racial attributes. Various scholars attribute different characteristics to fascism, but the following elements are usually seen as its integral parts: nationalism, authoritarianism, militarism, corporatism, collectivism, totalitarianism, anti-communism, and opposition to economic and political liberalism.[1][2][3]

There are numerous debates among scholars and other individuals regarding the nature of fascism and the kinds of political movements and governments that may accurately be called fascist. The extent to which German Nazism may be considered a form of fascism is debated. Most scholars see fascism as on the political right or allied with right-wing movements.[4] In addition, some scholars see fascism as the radicalization of the center or as a populist revolt of the middle classes,[5][6][7][8] or even a derivative of anarchism.[9] Fascist movements sometimes claim they represent a "Third Way between left and right, between Marxian socialism and capitalism."[10]

Fascism has been defunct in the Western world as a major political ideology since the defeat of the Axis powers in World War II. There is considerable stigma attached to the name and to the concept, and it is not uncommon for people to label their political opponents (or authority figures in general) pejoratively as "fascists". However, a small number of openly fascist political groups continue to exist, such as the Italian Fiamma Tricolore.

And who believes that Robert Kennedy Jr. is not part of the problem? He is the one trying to get his cousin, Michael Skakel, out of prison, claiming wrongful conviction for Martha Moxley's murder. He accused Dominick Dunne of putting his cousin in prison. Sorry, but I hardly believe what Robert Kennedy Jr. can say.

You talk about Fascism in the United States - I do not disagree that there are some aspects, but please, it did not start with GWB.

I respect your opinion and your right to say whatever you want. But I do agree to disagree with you.

Is he talking about the environment and bashing bush... and plugging his book?? I agree that bush is awful as far as the presidentcy goes. And yeah things that are happing with the environment are really bad... but to plug a book and a book signing who's pocket is he trying to line?? Who's making money where? This whole thing reeks of greed. Then again so does the government and the corporations... So is the little man just trying to survive.

RFK Jr. believes his cousin, Michael Skakel is innocent. You would do the same for your son or any other family member.

Corporate America donates millions to politicians to get favors. Our campaign funds are just legal bribery.

I used to disagree with the tree huggers. Now I realize that this planet and the natural resources have been stolen from the public domain and used to make the few even richer.

Mountains are being leveled and forrest are being stripped while we sit and decide if Michael Skakel is a crook or not.

No, if my cousin killed someone, then he or she did kill someone. No amount of digging up paid "witnesses" years later would change that.

Of course corporate America, corporate UK, corporate South America, corporate Chine, corporate Hong Kong, you name the country, donates money to politicians. I don't like it anymore than you do. Peace organizations donate cargo ships loaded with food to countries in Africa but the food never gets to the hungry. Drug cartels run countries. The United States has its own food cartels with Congra, IBP, Tyson Foods, and Cargill.

I do not know where it stops. It all started when people were sleeping and trusted far too few people with far too much. People demand progress, land development for homes where no land development should rightly be, then comes the issue of water rights, etc. There is not enough of the non renewable resources to go around. I grant you that. People are not willing to accept anything less than they have come accustomed to. Go figure.
