    Quit Claim Deed
    HI,
My brother and I are on my moms deed to her home. She wants a separate contract drafted giving her the right to sell the home without our permission if she got into a bind. Can you please give me an idea on how to word this. I will draft it and then have it notorized.
    Thank you
