    Computer gets stuck
I'm on dial up, when I try to get on line (I have windows xp) my computer will "dial" "authenticate" and "sign in" and it will show that I am connected to the internet. But my MSN home page will not come up. The "butterfly" just keeps flapping, but no MSN home page, it's "stuck". This always seems to happen when I try to get on the internet during "prime-time" (like from 5 pm to like 8 pm) after that I can get on the internet, or if I still have a problem I type under "run" this code regsvr32 softpub.dll wintruxt.dll initpki.dll and I can bring up my MSN page. I'm sure it's just a "setting" problem, or could it be that dial up is just to slow during "prime time" cause there are so many users on line? HELP!!

It means too many people are on the internet for you dial up to handle, during 5-8 some jobs get out, and then kids are on at that time...

You need to get on and download an accelerator if you don't already have one, and do something to increase your bandwidth...
