    I am trying to find the fuel pump relay in a 1996 Cougar xr7

    Ford often locates the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) next to the battery. It contains the EEC power relay, fuel pump relay, low-speed fan control relay, high-speed fan control relay, and the solid-state air conditioning relay. The CCRM is serviced only as an assembly.
