    Power of attorney
    My husband is illiterate can I become his power of attorney for a child adoption

    While you can become his power of attoreny, in regards for child adoption, he will have to witness and make a mark and have it witnessed,
    While you are allowed to sign for someone with power of attorney, you could not do this in his place.
