    If a personis a sole-proprietor and owns a small sompany does he need to make up a business plan if he isn't going to "attract" investors.

    I believe it is in your best interest to have a business plan for two reasons,1st,if at some time you do need extra financing you will be better looking to a lender,2nd Agreat many bussinesses fail and one of the reasons is poor planning.It would behoove you to make a plan if only for your own benefit.Good luck in your endever
