    Outsourcing
    Hi! What do you know about outsourcing? How is it related with offshoring?Is it the same? I know that it's quite perspective way in business process improvement.Could you tell me your point of view.

    Outsouricng is when you a country offers its e/g/ workforce abroad for a fixed period to work with a certain project. This does India, accepting American labour. When you get some tax privileges means offshouring. Also when you make some product to order in your contry is called offshore outsourcing.

    I think these two things are products of globalization...
    Outsourcing - signing subcontract for making job with outside firms, especially foreign or those who haven't trade union. Connected with labour coasts and quality.
    Offshoring - realizing at other countries. Connected with difference in tallage.
    This conceptions are similar but not the same... ;)
