Sound like a heating element in the oven is broken or disconnected. Is it under warranty or is there an 800 number on the oven somewhere?

Could be a problem with the circuit feeding the range, such as a loose connection at the breaker panel or at the receptacle or in the range. The receptacle should be tested for 240 volts across the two hot legs, and 120 volts between each hot leg and the neutral and the equipment ground. There may be no problem with the range itself.
