Lobster
How long does it take for a lobster to actually die once you put it in boiling water ?

I am not sure. I used to work in a restaurant that had all you can eat lobster and we cooked approximately 12 big bins full of lobster every weekend.
All I know is that it never bothered me and I do not think it takes long.

There is a chef on television that puts them in the freezer first. He says they sleep and then it is more humane way to boil them after.
