    Can I see the 4 moons of jupiter by a 30 mm telescope in thecity light?

    Yes, you can see Jupiter's 4 largest moons even with cheap binoculars. They are just barely out of naked-eye range. Do you have a camera with a good zoom lens? It's easy to take pictures of them with a 200mm zoom lens or better, and about a 2 second exposure.
