    Trump Crime Family
    Trump Crime Family

Unlike unfounded accusations against other politicians, Trump's family is what the dictionary opens up to under “crime family”.

Instigated attempted overthrow of federal government. Seditious conspiracy.
Paid $25,000,000 fine for phony Trump University. Court-ordered settlement.
Daughter Ivanka gets favorable treatment from China for her businesses. Nepotism.
Son-in-law Jared Kushner bailed out financially by murderous MBS regime in Saudi Arabia. The regime that slaughtered and dismembered a Washington Post journalist. Nepotism.
Pardons convicted felons. Misuse of official powers.
Charged with 10+ crimes by congressional special investigation. Felony obstruction.
Nine campaign finance felonies. Investigations closed by Trump when president.
Felony classified records theft and destruction. Current investigation by Special Counsel.
Georgia Election Fraud felony. Presently waiting Grand Jury report.
NY AG felony conviction of Trump Family Business. Million dollar fine.
Phony financials from Trump to falsify bank loans and taxes. Currently under investigation.
Trump Family Foundation ordered by Court to pay $2,00,000 for theft of donations and ENTIRE family (Ivanka, Eric, Donald, Jr) banned for life from ever participating in a non-profit.

    That's enough to begin with.

There was nepotism in Trump hiring family inside the Trump organization and for WH positions. It was not nepotism that was responsible for Ivanka's or Jared's business success .Ivanka was a successful business person in her own right starting up jewelry and apparel businesses as early as 2007 . She won many awards for her brands .
It is probable that the Chinese fast tracked some patents she applied for knowing that Trump was going to be President. But I have seen no evidence that there was was quid pro quo .On the contrary ,Trump was extremely tough in his China policies .

Kushner likewise was independently a highly successful real estate developer and publisher on his own . Before his WH position he resigned as CEO of his companies He divested all his foreign investments, all common stock, and more than 35 other assets.

During the campaign his digital and social media campaigns were universally praised .He pretty much ran the campaign with very limited resources after Lewandowsky was fired. Trump's campaign spent a little over half of what Evita's did.

As a senior adviser to Trump he was a key player in Trump's most successful initiatives including prison reform ;the Abraham Accords ,USMCA , and development of a covid vaccine

Now contrast that with Hunter Biden who's singular achievement before his obvious influence peddling was the amount of coke he snorted .

The big difference is that the Trump family was successful before they entered public service . I argue that they sacrificed a fortune when Trump decided to throw his hat in the ring because the Trump brand ;which was by far it's biggest asset ,was irrevocably damaged due to opposition politics .

The Biden family's success is singluarly tied to his government positions . The Pelosi family profits from insider information ;something that put Martha Stewart in jail for avoiding about $50,000 in losses.

Trump Family Foundation ordered by Court to pay $2,00,000 for theft of donations and ENTIRE family (Ivanka, Eric, Donald, Jr) banned for life from ever participating in a non-profit.
A slimly partial truth but mostly untrue. Trump settled the case and agreed to pay two mil into the Foundation which then gave that amount and its remaining assets to several charities. The Trump children agreed to undergo training. They have not been banned from ever participating in a non-profit. There was no admission, or finding, of "theft of donations".

This is how Snopes summed it up.

In November 2019, the New York Supreme Court ordered Trump to pay $2 million in damages for the waste incurred when his 2016 presidential campaign orchestrated and benefited from the distribution of funds to veterans groups, which had been donated by the public.

What's False. However, neither Trump, nor his children Ivanka and Eric, nor his foundation, were found to have "stolen" or kept any of the donations, and so none of them "admitted to" any such actions. The New York Supreme Court explicitly acknowledged that all the funds raised for veterans groups had ultimately reached veterans groups.

Trump did not "steal" charitable donations intended for veterans, nor did he admit as much in court. All the donations intended for veterans charities ended up going to veterans charities. However, Trump's 2016 presidential campaign did direct and benefit from the manner in which many of those donations were distributed to the charities.

The New York Attorney General's office objected to the way in which the Trump Foundation had been used to advance the interests of the Trump campaign, and especially the way in which the campaign dictated how more than half of the funds were to be distributed, with Trump at times personally handing out checks at campaign rallies. The Attorney General's Office did not object on the grounds that Trump, his children, or his foundation, had stolen or kept the money.
    The judge concluded as follows.
As stated above, I find that the $2,823,000 raised at the Fundraiser was used for Mr. Trump’s political campaign and disbursed by Mr. Trump’s campaign staff, rather than by the Foundation, in violation of [New York law]. However, taking into consideration that the Funds did ultimately reach their intended destinations, i.e., charitable organizations supporting veterans,
So the violation of state law centered upon HOW the money was disbursed. The Trump campaign did the distribution rather than the Foundation, and that was a violation of the law, but the money was never stolen.

Just illustrates why a little research can be a good thing.

    You're joking, right?

Are we talking about the same family? The family that was sued thousands of times for non-payment to small sub-contractors? The family ordered by a court to pay back $25 MILLION to ordinary citizens Trump swindled? The family forever barred from NY to have anything to do with a non-profit because they were thieves? The family that inherited its wealth and failed in so many businesses (shall I name them)? You want more?

I argue that they sacrificed a fortune when Trump decided to throw his hat in the ring
Ha-ha-ha-ha-lol-lol - cough, wheeze. Tomder, you should take that show on the road.

The Pelosi family profits from insider information
You don't know that for a fact. Anyway, I disagree with Nancy Pelosi's take on legislators trading in stocks.

If Madam Mimi and Paulie are not profiting from inside information then they are the most skilled investors since Evita's bets on cattle futures .
