Was UPenn's Biden Center a money laundering operation for Quid Pro Joe ?
The Biden Center made news with a report that Quid Pro Joe had classified government documents from his time as VP stored unauthorized in his office at the Biden Center at U Penn.
Unlike Trump's executive power to declassify information, as VP, Clueless Joe had no such authority. But it raises an old question ;is it actually a money laundering operation for Quid Pro Joe and the Biden crime family ? Consider this ; Sec State Blinken served as Penn's Biden Center before he was appointed to be Sec State. It was a holding pen in the revolving door between public and private sector jobs for future administration officials ;especially ones in national security positions . Besides Blinken alums from the Biden Center include Undersecretary of Defense for Policy Colin Kahl, U.S. ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Michael Carpenter, U.S. deputy ambassador to the United Nations Jeffrey Prescott and UPenn’s longtime former president, Amy Gutmann was appointed as ambassador to Germany. The Ivy League college raked in a total of $54.6 million from 2014 through June 2019 in donations from China, including $23.1 million in anonymous gifts starting in 2016, according to public records.
Most of the anonymous donations came after the university announced in February 2017 that it would create the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement. Joe Biden, whose term as vice president had just ended, was to lead the center and was also named a professor at the university. The center, which is located in Washington, DC, opened its doors in February 2018. Antony Blinken, whom Biden named as secretary of state, briefly served as its managing director. Yesterday more docs were "found " in another undisclosed location. Where ? Maybe one of his homes ? Looking forward to the early morning raid by the FBI and photos of the docs released to the press. If docs were found in 2 location maybe there are more at other locations . The FBI should raid all his homes and offices . Is Hunter or brother James holding some for the 'Big Guy' ? The news of the docs was withheld by Clueless from the initial discovery that happened days before the elections . Obstruction of justice anyone ? Now it is being slow released . The first release by CBS .Yesterday's was by NBC. This is strategically timed to get bad news out of the way before 2024 . On February 8, 2018, the Biden Center opened its doors in Washington, D.C. So the docs at the Biden Center were moved at least twice. He didn't know anything about them ? Don't bother investigating . The real issue is that MOST classified docs should not be classified at all. The secrecy state and interagency rivalries were what the 9-11 Commission blamed for the attacks .
Chairman Thomas Kean told reporters after the report was released that half of all the classified documents he reviewed did not need to be classified.
"The culture of agencies feeling they own the information they gathered at taxpayer expense must be replaced by a culture in which the agencies instead feel they have a duty to the information -- to repay the taxpayers' investment by making the information available," the report concluded. "Current security requirements nurture overclassification and excessive compartmentalization of information among agencies." If anything the culture got worse in the expanded security deep state .
Estimates range from 50 to 90 percent of classified material is not properly labeled. In the 1990s, Congress established the Commission on Protecting and Reducing Government Secrecy to study those issues and develop recommendations. In 1997, the Commission issued a final report, including 16 recommendations. Three of those recommendations were implemented. Seven were partially implemented, and six remain open today. The Chairman of the Commission, the late Senator Patrick Moynihan, wrote, and I quote: ‘‘If the present report is to serve any large purpose, it is to introduce the public to the thought that secrecy is a mode of reguation. In truth, it is the ultimate mode for the citizen does not even know that he or she is being regulated,’’ end quote.

That is not happening During Garland's presser announcing the special council he revealed that he knew about the 2nd group of docs since December 20 . That means the WH feigning surprise over the whole thing and that the U Penn batch was a flukey accident is a blatant lie. The WH also failed to acknowledge those additional documents until they were reported this week.
Compare this to the allegations around the Trump pre-dawn raid ;the kid gloves treatment of Evita's handling of classified material ,and you get a clear different standard of justice depending on which party is involved . Another curious fact ... They found the 2nd set of docs in Delaware . But Clueless' attorney informed a DA in Illinois about them . Why get an Illinois DA involved at all ? |

For once I agree with Mr. Biden. This is what he said about another person having classified docs.
"How that could possibly happen, how anyone could be that irresponsible," Biden responded. "And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods. By that, I mean, names of people helped or et cetera." "And it's just totally irresponsible," Biden added.
