    Why does the Slimes hate their staff ?
    More than 1,000 New York Slimes employees went on strike . The Slimes is bringing in scabs to keep the paper operating . 24 hrs ? Personally I hope the strike lasts months or more .

    A 24 hour "strike" is more a protest than a real strike. Good for them.

    There are no scabs - only Times employees from other locations.

    Basically they walked off the job because the management is racist. Doesn't surprise me . The Slimes knew of the Holocaust and suppressed that news .
