When you tell an elected official that you will 'pay the consequences ' the assumption is that they will be defeated in their next election . What does it mean when you say that to an official who is appointed for life ?

The next night after a man armed with a gun and knife ,who admitted that he wanted to kill Justice Kavanaugh was arrested , there were still demonstrations in front of Kavanaugh's home. As already mentioned ,Madam Mimi is sitting on legislation that was passed unanimously by the Senate that would protect SCOTUS justices and their families .

However AG Garland has been known to selectively enforce the law before .

So what would've happened if the assassin was successful in killing Kavanaugh ?

1 . A 5-4 decision about Roe would be 4-4 which would leave Roe the law of the land .
2. Clueless would appoint his replacement and Clueless is committed to having Roe the law of the land.
3. The Dems still control the Senate so whoever Clueless appointed would be confirmed .

Chief Justice Roberts need to IMMEDIATLY release the majority finding in Dobbs v Jackson Women's Health Org . Supposedly the minority report is not final . That can wait . Let them take as much time as they need . The decision of the majority should be released before some whack job decides to change the course of history by assassination .

I can't think of another time in our history when the death of a justice could be so consequential. Roberts is no fool. He knows what this means . But he is siding with the minority in this decision.

A successful attempt on Kavanaugh would've been the worse constitutional crisis in history; even greater than the assassination of Lincoln (yes it is true because even though Lincoln's death changed the course of Reconstruction ;Lincoln's political opponents did not select his replacement ).

The House of Reps again declined to provide extra security for SCOTUS justices by unanimous consent . This is the 3rd time in a week that Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy has requested it based on the Senate passing it's version of the bill.

NY Guv Kathy Hochul signed 6 new pro baby snuffing laws into the NY books yesterday. These measures include protecting abortionists ,investigating pro life pregnancy centers and allow people to sue someone who interferes in their "right " to kill their baby ;to protect the "rights " of someone who wants to be a transformer ;prohibit disciplinary measures against someone who travels to NY to kill their baby if that person lives in a place that prohibits killing babies ;bar medical malpractice claims against baby snuffing "health providers ".

ummm yes ;if you are a woman with all the functioning reproductive parts then you are an incubator . The human life you carry in you is not your body . It is dependent on the environment you provide and the nutrition you provide the baby . But make no mistake ;that baby is a human life on it's own. That is how God ;Gaia ,mother nature ,whatever ,designed it .

These protesters holding dolls as some kind of symbolism is bizzarro. The symbolism to me is that they want the judge to permit them to kill their baby .

Now the mostly peaceful(until they are not ) illegal protesters in front of Kavanugh's home are not content to harass him and his family . According to the Compost they are now going after his neighbors .

The intimidated neighbors are not getting law enforcement assistance .So in an attempt to appease the mob ,they put up pro baby murder signs on their property
