What's the Notebook app called ?
Normally, if they can be exported, the option will be available in settings.

The App is "Notebook.apk", it is an in-built app on most Tecno mobile tablets. It doesn't provide any exporting option, otherwise I wouldn't seek for assistance.

I've even tried using some Paid and Free file explorer/manager, They're all suggesting I Root the Device.

If there is any other way, I'll be forever glad to receive.
