On his way out the door ,il Duce Cuomo gave the middle finger and a big FU to Ny and the nation . He commuted the 75-years-to-life sentence of David Gilbert, a former member of the Weather Underground ;(of Bill Ayers and Bernadene Dohrn mentors to the emperor).Gilbert took part in the infamous 1981 Brinks truck robbery that left two police officers and a security guard dead. He was convicted of felony homicide . He was the get-away driver .

Gilbert is also the father of San Fran DA
Chesa Boudin (who was raised by Ayers and Dohrn ) . His mom is Kathy Boudin .She also took part in the robbery .She acted as a decoy convincing the cops to lower their weapons before they were gunned down . She was released on parole in 2003 and now teachers young impressionable Ivy League students her brand of radical revolution at Columbia U .

Boudin is of course thrilled that his convicted murderer dad's sentence is commuted .

Evidently San Fran voters have had enough of Soros funded DA Boudin. They voted to recall him yesterday

NY prosecutors have had enough of Soros funded Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg.

He came into office and instituted a policy that ordered prosecutors to not seek prison sentences for a number of crimes and to downgrade charges for crimes like robberies ,commercial burglaries etc.

Since his term began in January 65 Assistant DAs have resigned over his and equally permissive NY State Legislature policies . That is a 12 % reduction in force.

This mirrors Brooklyn where progressive prosecutor Eric Gonzalez has seen 67 resign or 13 % of the force.

The Bronx has seen 59 resign .

The good news out of NY is that Staten Island JudgeRalph Porzio has ruled that NYC law allowing illegal aliens to vote is unconstitutional .
