    Tiger Woods
Like most of humanity, Tiger Woods is imperfect. Unlike all of humanity, Tiger Woods is the greatest golfer in the history of the sport.

No one has ever dominated a sport like Tiger Woods has except for Babe Ruth. Each left their contemporaries far behind as each performed at levels unseen in golf or baseball. Many athletes are highly ranked after Ruth (Ty Cobb, Willie Mays, Joe Dimaggio, Henry Aaron) and Woods (Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Arnie Palmer) but none of these, as truly great as they were, could match the titanic accomplishments of Tiger and the Babe.

Although Woods had a career curtailed by injury, his fourteen healthy years are not remotely comparable to the same number of years of any other golfer. Ruth, a batting powerhouse, would have made the Hall of Fame on his pitching prowess also - an unmatched possibility in the history of the game.

Wishing a speedy recovery to Tiger.
