Now there is a second accuser of Cuomo concerning sexual misconduct. Waiting on KH, HC, NP, and others who so willingly believed Kavanaugh's accuser to step forward and call for an investigation. For that matter, waiting on the three amigos on this site, who were all too happy to believe Kavanaugh's accuser, to call for an investigation.

il Duce Cuomo was the media darling with his colloquial language .He wrote a book on leadership during the covid crisis. He was in line for a run at the presidency if Quid lost ,or in a primay challenge with VP Harris for the position in 2024 .Or he may make a run at a 4th term ;something that eluded his old man .Or go for a position in Quid's administration once he finished his box checking appointments .

It was no secret how badly he blew it with the nursing homes with his March 25th directive . But he had an image to maintain . Thus the coverup .

His misogyny was also well known and covered up . You could also add his homophobia . When he was running his old man's mayoral campaign against Ed Koch (a closet homosexual at the time ) ;il Duce put out an ad that said 'Vote for Cuomo Not the Homo .' .

I'm going to go with the powerful enemy argument . Guessing the Dems are clearing the field for Harris in 2024. Quid will either serve one term or be gone shortly (Harris has already assumed a lot of the foreign policy functions ) .Newsom they are doing the recall thingy . Cuomo they are making toxic . They may recruit NY prosecutors in the cause . I think he is already dead but just doesn't know it .

And as you mentioned earlier, the "Me Too" crowd just elected a man who has a very credible sexual assault charge lodged against him that went far beyond words or relatively innocent touches. That's what makes all of this so sickening. Liberal dems who love to preen and claim the moral high ground when it is to their advantage become eerily silent when the time comes to take a principled stand against their own. I saw video last night of HC telling us how she found Kavanaugh's accuser to be "credible". She should know how an abused woman's accusation could sound credible since she saw Monica Lewinsky's accusations against ole Bill turn out to be the very definition of "credible".

It would at least be nice for some of those high profile liberal dems to be honest enough to come forward and say the truth. "We don't care about these women. We care about power, so we're not going to say a peep against Cuomo until the time comes when it is more profitable politically to speak out than it is to be quiet." For that matter, it would be nice if the three amigos on this board would do the same. They would not be saying anything that we all don't already know. It would be far from shocking.

So now the accused gets to pick his own "judge" to review criminal accusations against him? Shame Trump didn't know that. He could have simply picked a judge to "review" the impeachment charges against him. Would've been much more simple and predictable.
