    they just gave him an excuse to send the bill back and waste more time, bringing those politicians back from the Christmas break to vote again.
    The whole thing is ridiculous. They could attempt to buy votes for much less than 900 bil. The vast majority of the proposed spending of money we don't have is for foreign aid or domestic pet projects. I wish he would veto it.

    Veto to take a stand. That's how we got to this crazy place. The republicans in Congress tried to do it with Obama, but the left wing media, which is to say nearly all of the media, portrayed it as the republicans trying to shut down the government. Well, it's time to say, "Enough."

    Well we, like you, can continue to spend our way into oblivion, or we can become adults and put a stop to it. And I might add that most of our population actually is able to eat cake as they wish. It's what self dependence in a free enterprise system does for you. It does begin to lessen once people become conditioned to sucking off the teat of mother government.
