    SCOTUS blew it
For all of you who think Chief Justice John Roberts blew it by punting on election law cases before the election ... You are right .

Now unless there is a blow out election result today . All those cases are going to make it to SCOTUS anyway . But now the election will be on the line .

For a simple primer .... any election decision decided by the State legislature should've been declared constitutional . Any case where state courts intervened should've been reversed in favor of the existing state law.

Don't know if I can agree, as while state law and process can be challenged you better have some good grounds in which to do so. The court process starts in the states not at SCOTUS anyway.

Might work in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and maybe North Carolina too. Between protesters and lawyers who really knows.

Maybe but even IF Quid wins and IF the Repubs retain the Senate ,all the lefty ambitions will hang on the thinnest of mandates . The left tried to deliver a knock out blow 2008-16 . They could not . The Repubs elected a counter-puncher who rolled back some of the left's gains. After this election neither side will be able to impose for at least 2 years .
Strategic parity will give way to the situation I prefer ..... gridlock .
And the bonus is that Quid would not be able to make the investigations into the 2016 coup attempt ;or his own pay to play schemes . The investigations will shift to the Senate ;and eventually to the Dems who want to topple Quid and install
    Kommiela Harris .

One thing I have observed over the years is you cannot destroy conservatives! Beat 'em up badly, but they always comeback! All I want now is the virus CONTROLLED and we get healthy and prosperous. Had the dufus been half way competent in that we wouldn't be going through this drama now.

Conservatives putting profits over people has brought this about, and all the gridlock you love won't change the consequences of that. Not with the midterms looming large. LOL, Old Joe knows how to poke a sharp stick up turdface's arse if he wins, and Slick knows that.

100,000 new cases of covid and 1500 deaths a day will tend to get back in the news quickly once the votes get counted and the dust settles. With or without Pelosi.

where is your evidence ? Europe's responses were generally far more draconian than ours and that has not prevented anything .Paris had a 400 mile traffic jam after they announced another draconian shut down this week . England is going into it's 2nd hard lockdown . Sweden did none of that and their cases mirrored the rest of Europe .

Like I said ;the virus gave Quid an issue to run on and he propagandized it very well. When asked what he would do differently he spouted polices that Trump already implemented .

Biden wore masks in public and he held news conference with a handful of people all socially distancing.

Trump held rallies without masks and packed thousands of people together like sardines.

    That's just one difference.

Trump's public gatherings made people sick and deaths have surely been caused by Trump's rallies. No one got sick or died because of Biden's rallies.

Sick? Trump himself plus his wife and son Barron. Deaths? To wit, a well-known person, Herman Cain (among many others).

Biden rallies ? He couldn't draw flies even when the emperor fronted for him.

Here is how C-19 helped Quid . It gave a bunch of Dem states the excuse to do last minute changes to voting rules where they could mass mail ballots to people who otherwise would not have made the effort to vote . Then Quid pounded a lie that claims that Trump did not do enough ;and Quid would've taken draconian dictatorial powers in an attempt to control infection rates .

Now POTUS is whining about all the unfair tactics against him, is whining like a toddler deprived of his teddy bear, and can hardly coherently read the paper in front of him. Unbelievable!

Trump is attempting to steal this election too, like the previous one he stole. We're wise to him this time.

I'm sure Old Joe didn't mean to make the dufus cry, but he did say he wanted to take him behind the barn for a good thrashing.

Whos trying? There are 1.8 million more registered voters than there are eligible voters when reveiwing age statistics in 352 counties who does this benefit? The dead are voting? The whole election has been rorted because of lack of consistent rules and enforcement

Clete election fraud is rampant . Even the left won't deny it . What is happening now is the same game plan they used when Al Franken "defeated " Norn Coleman . It is why I keep posting that clip from Key Largo with Edward G Robinson explaining how to steal an election . Keep finding votes and count ,count ,count until you get your desired outcome . The Dems have been doing this since 1960 . They got away with it because Nixon thought it would sully the process to challenge the votes the Daley machine "found ' for Kennedy in Chi-town .
