We still are rationing what tests we do have after the dufus proudly proclaims we have done more testing than anybody in the world which is true using just raw numbers, but we are last in per capita testing, but if thats all you got then that's all you got. Doesn't help if it's not a priority to ramp up testing and states certainly are trying by hook, crook, and steath since FEMA is intercepting shipments, helped by the FBI.
