    I wonder if...
this story of alleged sexual assault by Biden will get the same coverage and response as the accusation against Kavanaugh. My guess is it will not even be close.

If her definition of "sexual assault" catches fire, I will have a lot of lawsuits to file!!

Hopefully the press will do its job, unless the same people who let the dufus off for his shenanigans and Kavanaugh too, decide to investigate.

For criminal prosecution, though a police report was filed this year, yes. For public disclosure...NO!

I don't think there is, but it is probably state by state on that one.

The alleged assault took place in D.C. and not in Massachusetts. I suppose that makes it a federal offense? Not sure, but I would think it would.

"The former aide, Tara Reade, who briefly worked as a staff assistant in Mr. Biden’s Senate office, told The New York Times that in 1993, Mr. Biden pinned her to a wall in a Senate building, reached under her clothing and penetrated her with his fingers."

A simple google search will give you the SOL in DC also, but point taken.

what does a SOL have to do with this ? The allegations against Kavanaugh were from 1982 .

Glad to see you're still around Tomder guy! SOL expiration is no charges can be filed, so no investigations by the cops, because of her complaint she filed in March I think it was. Unlike Kavanaugh who was a nominee in front of a senate committee, Ol' Joe faces the court of public opinion.

"Two prominent, female Democratic vice-presidential front-runners appeared on three national political shows Sunday morning and neither were asked about explosive allegations against their potential running mate Joe Biden"

I wonder if Kavanaugh would have received the same treatment?

Such allegations didn't matter when you picked a president or a SCOTUS judge so why does it matter now? Repubs are free to holler and raise hell over it though. Not like we didn't so have at it.

The difference is that the biased, left-wing press endlessly talked about Trump and Kavanaugh, but are amazingly quiet about Biden. Wonder why?

Probably for the same reasons the biased right wing media defends the dufus and frat boy and focuses on Biden. DUH! No different.

I keep up with FoxNews. They covered the Trump and Kavanaugh accusations to the point of nausea. But did you notice that the three liberal outlets did not even ASK the women about it? And we are talking about women who could be running with Biden as VP selection. You don't find that to be incredible???

Maybe it hasn't surfaced yet, but I suspect it certainly will, no doubt.

Well the definitive answer to this question is that Quid was confronted with this accusation in the debates by the person he ended up selecting as his VP running mate . She was also one of the most vocal accusers of Kavanaugh . The Dems and the compliant press have done a collective yawn
