Wall Street's and HC's computers don't get hacked, or the contents leaked, so the question is not between rule of law and lawyers, but Cyber Security, and secure elections. The dufus doesn't care about either one and has done nothing, but try and get foreigners to do his dirty work against his political opponents to first get elected, and get re elected. Repubs don't care either, they are to busy purging voter rolls while they get hacked and leaks everywhere. repubs leave the states to fight those Russian hackers and they are clueless and too cheap to help them with cyber security.

Go ahead and whine about the lawyers and not the lawmakers.

Paraclete: It was South Carolina that lit the match of war but all Southern States were thinking about succession. Yes, Lincoln, a Republican and a lawyer, was putting the squeeze on the South to end their secession flirtations....Lincoln didn't step-in to try and stop secession militarily but he didn't need to do so, the South started the War Of Northern Aggression (had to say that for Talaniman's benefit, Civil War) by firing on Fort Sumpter in Charleston Harbor.

Yes, all the Justices of SCOTUS members are lawyers but THEY DO NOT REWRITE THE CONSTITUTION: THEY INTERPRET THE CONSTITUTION. In fact, NO LAWYER, of any description as a lawyer, will EVER rewrite the Constitution. The Constitution may be amended, however, through the elements contained in Article V of the Constitution via either 2/3rds vote to amend in both Congress and Senate (Lower and Upper Houses) or a Constitutional Convention......that is the only way the Constitution can be amended.

Talaniman: Lawyers are out of control in the U.S.....we are desperately in need of TORT REFORM and common sense in practical application. When the American People are at the mercy of lawyers, there is something wrong.

The President is trying to get to the bottom of what the hell happened in the Ukraine with the Bidens…...what is the new tactic of law breakers going to be now: Go do something illegal and then declare yourself a Candidate for POTUS and become immune to being pursued for the crime? Trump didn't need to do anything special to beat the bricks off Biden: Trump will wax Biden's arse in an election and everyone knows it.

You hate lawyer, gotcha! Unfortunately big biz, big pharma, and big shots selling you useless crap have a slew of 'em. Now what?

For a guy who wants a 3rd party you sure sound like a right wing loony and dufusite most times. Calm down get some popcorn or chips and watch the show why dontcha! The dufus is trying to rerun his 2016 election win. Investigate his opponent, and lie his arse off while he talks a heap of trash and lies about everybody and his mama, or daddy.

You predicting a landslide for him are ya?

Talaniman: If we had a 3rd Party you would have to keep hitting the rewind button every 4 years and watch Big Don win The POTUS! Don't you not want it to be "Ground Hog Day" every four years? Its a shame: Almost like watching the same football game tape over and over and thinking that, on the 10th rewind, your team might win "this time"! You have to know, NOW, after you have thrown everything but the kitchen sink at him, and not score any damage, that Democrat candidates will have NO CHANCE against Trump in Nov., '20. Have you seen that Trump's poll #'s, since the Impeachment fiasco was started by Democrats, are climbing in the states he needs to win? CAN YOU SPELL "DOOMSDAY"? The Impeachment process is EMPOWERING Trump! You should have chosen better Field Generals than the duds you chose: Little Adam Schiff and Jerry "The Human Penguin" Nadler! These guys couldn't lead flies to fresh dog feces!

3RD PARTY WILL SAVE THE U.S.

You prefer the term fail or succeed? Doesn't matter. If we cannot make him a one term president we can still take his power. Make him a LAME duck. I would be happy for any of those outcomes.

Talaniman: How are you going to make Trump a lame duck? His poll #'s are going up in what had traditionally been Demo strongholds: Demos used to "buy" votes in these states, now that isn't working.....next, Labor Unions are on his agenda to bring over to the Republican side. Demos have overplayed their hand....and they've been out-thought and out maneuvered: The continued PERSECUTION of Trump by the Demos has been laid bare: yes, Trump has managed to make himself looking to be the "victim" and the Demos the "conspirators" in all these fiascos...don't believe me? LOOK NO FURTHER THAN HIS POLL #'s: I know you guys live and die by POLL #'s....or do you believe POLL #'s only when they favor Demos? There is a very good chance that Demos will LOSE THE HOUSE in 2020! And, in your heart of hearts, YOU KNOW that there is no Demo candidate out there that can beat Trump: Demo candidates are a pandering, special interests, shallow bunch....this has to be the weakest lineup ever fronted by the left.....truthfully, Bernie Sanders, a socialist, has the best chance to win with his "FREE STUFF" campaign but, you can bet, the Demo "OLD GUARD" establishment WILL NOT LET BERNIE WIN, just like the last Demo Presidential Candidate selection process was rigged for Hillary, this one will also be rigged.

BOTTOM LINE: 2020 WILL BE A DARK YEAR FOR THE LEFT.

And when Trump gets his SECOND TERM, the left better watch out because he is going head hunting: You think the left is the only ones who can create "special investigative committees"? The left is going to run down, captured, and "persecuted": ELEPHANTS HAVE LONG MEMORIES.

And we won't even talk about what will happen with SCOTUS! That is going to be a thorn in the side of the left for the next 25-30 years....going to be bad for the left: No House, No Senate, No Executive, No Courts!

Geez Vac, I really can't tell if you're off your meds, or took to many. Or is it just to early in the morning. What do the polls say I seem to have missed that. Gloom and doom for dems next year sounds like the fundie right wing fire and brimstone rap going around in conservative circles.

Don't worry Tal, the demorats will all have apoplexy when their scheme doesn't work. However much conservatives may not like Trump, they are not going to yield and you can look forward to five more years

LOL, the good news is we actually have to vote before we crown the dufus again, and a lot can happen until election day NEXT YEAR. Matters little to me who or what the government looks like or what it does, I'll deal with it Clete. I always have. I see no reason to change that outlook, especially not for this dufus.

Just wish repubs had the balls to leash their attack dog and keep him out of my yard. Or clean up after the damn mutt, and keep him from barking all day and night! Is that too much to ask? Just a muzzle and a leash to stop him from running through the country scaring women and kids and old people.

Or a CAGE would be highly helpful. 8D

Problem is Tal, Trump isn't a rabid dog, no matter how much he snarls and foams at the mouth, no he is just an old pit bull and you know how dangerous they are, they frequently turn on their masters, I wonder if there are any among the demonrats

Yes I had noted you have a propensity to lock people up rather than deal with problems in other ways

Care to share those other ways Clete? Takes years to clean out the kennels or drain the swamps no matter how many muzzles, leashes and cages you have and so few swamp wranglers and dogcatchers available.

As an old dog trainer, I prefer the check chain, lots of praise and a few snacks.
