    I have a friend just finish interview and now they say she needs a Personal Travel Allowance the sum of $2000.00 USD from China to USA to show before they will give her paper work to her and also show the money when she is in the USA it this true

    Let me guess, you met an Asian girl online and she needs money to come to the US so she can be with you. This is an old scam with a few minor variations. It used to be mail order Russian brides.

    yes your right needs PTA money said she has 500.00 but need 1500.00 more I was not sure if PTA was needed
