    I believe so. The IRS has pretty strict encryption standards that must be met, and TaxAct is a nationally-known tax software company who would pay a pretty stiff fine if they allowed the clients' tax data to be hacked.

    I will agree, while anyplace can be hacked. Even the IRS, Military and more.

    I perfer one of the other companies, but as noted should be no issue
