Is 31 by 20 1/2 by 53 inches with 1/2 inch spacing large enough for parakeets?
Is 31 by 20 1/2 by 53 inches with 1/2 inch spacing large enough for a pair of parakeets? If I wanted to add a 3rd, would that still be OK?
