    Why is it that, 4 months before Britain completely withdraws from the EU, no formal agreements have been reached between Britain and the EU?

    Realistically the TWO year window given by Article 50 is unworkable.
    Bear in mind it took Canada NINE years to finally come to a trade agreement with the EU.
