    What do banks charge if we want to exchange currency through our very own account. Is there any 0% commission policy?

    This is a broad subject. The rate varies between countries and types of exchanges. Also avoid exchanges at airports and other transportation hubs. They usually charge a higher rate. Some of this depends on what you are doing. Are you traveling or moving?
