    Job salary
    Hi I'm applying to a Director of Fundraising and Development job and have never worked this position before. They asked me what my salary would like to be. I'm not sure what I should ask for.. I live I New Jersey. Thank you

    Realistically don't you think they will review your experience and see that you don't have any? I review resumes and hire all the time. I would never bring in an entry level employee for a Director's position. So salary requirements probably won't matter.
