    Lawn mower starter solenoid wiring diagram
    I need to get a print out of soleniod wiring for my b & s 12 horse power riding lawn mower

    There are lots of things that could cause that. The easiest thing to do is check the fuse. It should be somewhere near the solenoid. After that there are a few safety switches that could cause it not to crank over. If you need more help list the make and model of your mower.

    I replace my soleniod switch it will start by I have a wire hanging and my lawn mower,known my lawn mower is smoking what do I need to do?

I was installing a new solenoid in my lawn tractor. The new solenoid posts were bigger than the eyelets in the cable connections. I drilled them out a bit. While tightening the cable connections onto the solenoid the posts in the solenoid began to spin... did I ruin the solenoid?:(
