My six year old golden retriever swallowed whole, a new smooth 6 inch nylabone. Will it pass and what do I need to do if it won't?

Quit a few negative commentary regarding nylabones and dogs swallowing them. Caninejournal.com. Many end up with surgery. Hope not but I would have a vet look at your dog.

Hello, What happened with your dog and the nylabone? Hope you took the pet to your vet to have an x-ray taken to see if the bone is caught or not leaving the stomach. Been awhile since you posted so wanted to ask how the dog is doing?
