I'm thirteen and I need help, my dad doesn't want me to move with my mom but I really want to. The day I told him I wanted to move he yelled. What does he care he sits out in his shed and drinks beer most of the day. I barely see him. Every day I count the days till I see my mom I only ever get to see her every other weekend all of June and August until school starts. The day I told him he said he would take it to curt and if he does that and he wins I'm going to run away because he said whoever wins I will never get to see the other parent I'm lost and don't know what to do. I feel like I can't talk to any one else about this. I need really bad help, can you please help me and say what I should do.

You will have to live where the court order of custody says you are to live.

If you wish to live with your mom, have your mom go to court and attempt to get the court order changed.
