    Too much sweat
    Hello,

Whenever I work out in the gym or kickboxing (specially kickboxing) I sweat a lot and I mean A lot! And I am looking for a solution for this. I've been kickboxing for 7 months now and lost lots of weight in the past couple of years but I've noticed that I sweat wayy too much, like after every class my cloths are drenched in sweat and I leave a puddle of sweat wherever I stand, yeah my coach tells me its fine but sometimes it gets embarrassing as people start to slip! (which is kind of funny :P). I've read on the internet that some people have more sweat glands than others but this is too much, also I've lost more than 110 pounds (50 kgs) so this might be related in anyway?

    Thank you in advance!

What is your body type? How much do you weigh? These are but a few factors into sweating as you must have been overly heavy when you started to lose 110 lbs. and not have passed out. As to the puddles and slipping lol, simply dress in layers and shower before a work out. The first layer catches the sweat, the second will buffer the sweat layer and outer layer. Start with just TWO layers and see if it makes a difference.
