    Nutritional yeast and b-12?
    Nutritional yeast is supposed to contain and provide the B-complex vitamins. Yet I have read that some nutritional yeast is fortified with vitamin B-12. Why would it need to be fortified with B-12 if it already contains the B-complex vitamins and the B-complex vitamins are supposed to include B-12? Or is it just added B-12 Many thanks for any help!
