    What pertains to harassment in the workplace?
    This is a question that many may not be clear on. For some, harassment has to go as far as sexual harassment for it to be termed as such. However, harassment can be far less invasive but still be termed as harassment.

    There are many forms of harassment in the work place, sexual harassment happens to be the flavour of the month and so gets a lot of discussion. Lets us face it some people are simply bullies
