    Front signals work don't emergency lights don't work
    Front turning signals work rear don't what's the fix on that?

    Bad fuse, bad bulbs, bad wire, bad ground. Start there.

    As noted, you start by checking the basics.
    Fuses
    Bulbs
    Then trace wire

    No "one" thing, it could be several things

    Considering it is an explorer do you have a tow package on the truck? It may be that the wiring to it is messed up.
