    Security? Can't get into mail
First understand, I am not a technical person and need things very simple.
I have AOL... I have five screen names...
I got a popup last week to update my Malware and I did. Now I get popups
All over again so I just close it

I tried to get into my email and it says I must change my password. The
Image looks different then usual. The web area says AOL, Inc.
I wanted to call AOL and their #800-827-6364 but checked it out first
And it turns out it's a scam number so I can't call them because I don't
    Know a legit #

I tried to go into my mail with another screen (I have all saved passwords)
And it went back to my first screen and still I can't get in. Don't know
Who to call or how to fix this. Can you help?

Time to take your computer into a shop and get it cleaned from virus.

While I can't speak for what pop up your message said about malware but this is a well known fraud pop up, that has you down load all sorts of things into your computer.

So since you said you have little knowledge of computers, take it to the shop, they will need to clean it.

Also, to be honest, why not use a email like gmail or Yahoo ?

Once again Fr Chuck, thank you for replying. I spent all over an hour with AOL this morning and they fixed the problem of my getting into
My emails. Nothing was said about the Malware which is still popping up daily.

I just can't change to another server. You have no idea how un-technical I am. I just can't make major changes at this time
