    What about lying on death certifate what happen to your father and hit and Run
    My Dad was killed in 1983 at 46 years old ,He lived in Puerto Rico then Im American Born I went to Puerto Rico after Maria to help I find they stoled my dads plot and his house everything of his was gone Some family members own all the land and houses there, They said my father death was an Accident I was told by many others it was a hit and run and they did find the driver who was also drunk and did nothing to him My Mom who is married to my dad with four children in mainland doesn't speak any spanish went to the funeral in Puerto Rico and family 1/2 brothers and sisters grandfathers 2nd marriage offer my mother only my dads pension ? Death Certi Location where he died to hit and run info be hidden! Also full grandmother name ? What do you think ? VLots of land !

    A hit and run by a drunk driver is considered an accident. (Although the driver could be charged) So there is no lie on the birth certificate.

    As for as the issue with property, That is something your mother needed to do and hire an attorney in 1983. Any statue of limitation would be long over to file any appeals.

    Please clarify in detail. Please try to write carefully so that we can understand it.
    You will probably need to hire a PR lawyer, and there's no guarantee you'll get anything.
    Why did your mother do nothing? How your father died isn't important if he owned land and she never got it.
