    Menopausal. Water retetion or weight gain.
    If you are menopausal can you still retain or occasionally retain water as you did when you were pre-menopausal?

    Yes, you can. Retaining water can be due to other things, not just PMS or things related to menstruation.

    Gaining weight also happens with menopause, so eating healthy and excercising is very important.
