You may never find a person from Ghana, the romance scam capital of the world, with two names. Certainly sounds shady doesn't it? Let me guess you have been sending money, or you have not sent her money, and she has moved on to more profitable people.

Bet the local police know of her.

Google "Macarena Cristobal".. Doubt this is the one. However, as noted Ghana is scam capital of the world.

    How would you know them,
If this has to do with romance, gold, bank money, or donations, most likely it is a fraud.

They use real names sometimes, they will make passports and visas so real looking there is no way to tell a fake from real from a photo copy. (ok, many make very poor ones, but the largest scam people have high tech photo shop and print equipment.

The large scale scammers, hire entire office full of people working three shifts a day, 7 days a week, you often chat with different people, who use history notes and scrips to write.

For phone or video they have certain people hired to do that work.

They use real names of places and banks and businesses, to sound real.

OF course the name : Macarena Cristobal, is a actress I think from Argentina

If you want to go further.
