    I want replace my old fluorescent light bulb, what is the best efficient light bulb for kitchen?

    LED is most efficient. May not give you the best quality light, depends on color temperature. However, you asked "efficient"

    Depending on what type of fluorescent tubes you have, you might be able to find LED tubes that will just drop right in. No wiring, no changing the fixture, piece of cake.
