    I cant accesse my Yahoo account cause I cant rember thepassword and the phone nub
    its been a few years since ive been on my yahoo account but yeateday I got logged out of my facebook account nd ive been trying to log back in the thing is were my accounts not been usedin awhile I cant rember the password nd the phone nub they keep asking for hasent been used in years pls help me
