    Ideas to keep fit as a Digital Nomad
    I am looking for ideas on how to keep fit while traveling and working. If you know any programs or can share from your experience let me know.

    Just a few ideas:

    Many hotels have a workout room.
    Check into daily price to drop in at a local gym.
    If safe area, walk or run in the neighborhood.
    Use body weight for exercising wherever you are... go with some of the basics when space is limited... push ups, planks, jumping jack's, etc.
    Pack a resistance band and jump rope in your travel bag.
    Check out the many different exercise videos on YouTube.
    Be careful not to overindulge in food and drink when traveling or attending work related gatherings.
