    Region Dot Compliant Non Compliant
    Northwest 96 62
    Midwest 86 43

    Suggest you start with one region - such as the northwest - and determine how many are compliant out of the total sample size. Post back with your attempt at that one and we'll check it for you . Then you can go on and do calculations for the other regions.

Green Dot on QB's Helmet [ 2 Answers ]

I've noticed this year that all the QBs in the NFL all seem to have a round green dot on the rear of their helmets - what is this for? Is it new? Does it have something to do with the radio receiver in their helmets? No other position seems to have this green dot.
