    You have managed to ask 3 questions in the shortest possible way.
    Depending on the age of the child, grilled chicken is fine.
    With chili sauce? Might be too spicy. Many children won't eat it, unless they grew up in a spice-loving family.
    Valuable? Strange choice of word. Chicken is a good source of protein, and any child and adult needs protein.
